Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Late Cancellations: If a session is not cancelled within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Wellness Professional Cancellations: If the wellness professional needs to cancel or reschedule, there will be no penalty, and you will be offered an alternative time for your session.

Session and Package Expiration Policy

All purchased sessions and packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

We encourage you to schedule and complete your sessions within this timeframe to make the most of your investment.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Policy

All purchased packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it cannot be transferred to another person or refunded, regardless of the reason.
